Installing and Signing In to the Onoff Business Chrome Extension

Before You Start

The Onoff Business Chrome Extension is available for all Onoff Business customers and works on Google Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers.

Before installing the extension, make sure you have an active Onoff Business account.

Installing the Extension

To install the extension:

1. Open the Chrome Web Store.
2. Search for "Onoff Business Click-to-Call & SMS".
3. Click Add to Chrome.
4. Confirm the installation.

Once installed, the extension icon appears in your browser toolbar.

Recommended

To access the extension more easily, we recommend pinning it to your browser toolbar.

1. Click the Extensions icon in Chrome.
2. Locate Onoff Business Click-to-Call & SMS.
3. Click the pin icon.

The extension will remain visible at all times.

Signing In

After installation:

1. Click the extension icon.
2. Enter your Onoff Business login credentials.
3. Complete the login process.

You must use the same credentials as your Onoff Business account.

Depending on your setup, you may log in using:

• Email and password
• Your organization's authentication method

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

If two-factor authentication is enabled on your account, you will be prompted to complete the verification step during login.

Simply follow the instructions displayed on screen.

Staying Connected

Once successfully connected, the extension remains logged in for a period of time.

You do not need to sign in every time you open your browser.

If your session expires, simply log in again.
